Robert Ball, a Portland businessman specializing in preserving historic buildings and converting them into classic living spaces, brings you Marshall-Wells Lofts. His most challenging project to date, Marshall-Wells is an important part of Portland history and important to those seeking the best of urban living.

Working with the city and community, with his team of designers and an historical researcher, Mr. Ball maintains the integrity of the 1910 warehouse, preserving and recycling wherever possible.
